• Habtoor Hotels Loyal membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Habtoor Hotels, and all the interpretationsof the programme Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Habtoor Hospitality.
  • Loyalty members are eligible to earn and redeem points only once they have enrolled in the program and their membership has been activated. Please allow 7 days for activating your account as a new member.
  • Please quote your membership number at the time of making a room reservation and present your membership card at check-in or present your card before asking your bill when dining in one of the restaurants.
  • The basic Loyalty membership is free of charge. In case you lose/damage your card a replacement card can be issued for AED 100 or 100 points deduction on your account automatically.
  • The card is not transferable to any other person and should be used exclusively by the card holder for their personal use.
  • All membership cards are eligible for earning points for any special events, happy hours or any publicly offered benefits and entitlements.
  • Points will not be awarded on conferences, banquets, private functions, tips, paid outs or for another individual accommodation unless it is a family member.
  • Points cannot be redeemed on New Year’s Eve.
  • Points For redeemed accommodations, no points can be earned for the room charges, however you will earn points on any incidental charges.
  • Issued accommodation vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, or any other form of goods or services. Please allow 14 days for delivery of vouchers.
  • The membership is valid for 4 years from the date of joining or tier upgrading.
  • Please make sure you redeem your points at any :: Habtoor Loyal before the expiry date. Points older than 2 years and have expired will no longer be valid and no claim can be made after expiry date has relapsed.
  • The member will earn points against a room night stay subject to the following: Member himself/herself is staying in the hotel, direct family members are subject to the booking being registered in the Loyal membersname and bills are paid by the member directly.
  • In restaurants and bars, Loyal points can be earned and redeemed for tobacco and shisha
  • Room rate revenues can only be earned through direct settlement, at Habtoor Hotels, upon check out. Those points will be credited 24 hours after your departure
  • Redemption cannot be made until you are in receipt of a permanent personalized Loyal membership card.
  • Partialredemption is applicable only in the restaurants and bars while settling the invoice, where partly it can be paid by cash and partly by Loyal points. Loyal points will be awarded only on the amount paid after the deduction or redeemed points.
  • Points cannot be earned for complimentary rooms, barters, layovers, airline crews or on any room rate revenues charged to a third party (agency, company etc.)
  • The card is issued by, and remainsthe property of Habtoor Hospitality.
  • Habtoor Hospitality reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules or regulations.
  • Habtoor Hospitality has the right to change, limit or cancel programme rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels, with or without notice at any time, even when changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated.
  • Habtoor Hospitality employees or Habtoor Group Privilege card holders are not eligible to join Habtoor Hotels Loyal unless they have the written approval from the Board of Directors of :: Habtoor Loyal.
